Oh the Places we will go!

Sarah Redman and Erin McDonald better freaking remember to take pictures on their Italy trip with an "implied me" so I can photoshop myself in!

Kim and I sat down today and talked about all the places we want to go. So here they are!

GREECE- this was sprawled out, in all capital letters, at the top of the page. It's a top priority, and we mean business. There are hot Greek guys to be had. Business.
France- The Louvre, Musee D'Orsay, Versailles, Oh my!
Italy- It's the food. Done.
Spain-Barcelona! Here we come baby!
UK- I just want a picture of me licking a Royal Guard
Netherlands- That's really just to see a said Mr. Daan that Kim is all googly-eyed over right now. That's ok, while they're making out, I'll be on the hunt for the Penis Museum (That's in the Netherlands right?)

And weekend trips:
Poland
Latvia
Russia
Romania
The Baltic Sea

And these are just some ideas we thought of off the top of our heads! SQUEEEEEEE!

Head in the Clouds

I met the girl I’m going to be traveling with to Lithuania (By the way, I finally learned how to pronounce Siauliai…it sounds like sha-lay). Her name is Kim. She has red hair and a friendly smile. AND to make her even more awesome, all she wants to do is travel. Best friends. Kim if you ever read this, I just want to let you know that you are freaking boss!

Today was a day for the books. Not only did I get to listen to every bad thing that could possibly happen to me while I am abroad, I also met two crazy Lithuanian dudes (are they all like that? If so, I picked the best place in the world), and met some people that I think are going to be very important to my life soon. It was a day of trying to stumble through Lithuanian, which I will never learn, and stealing two pizzas for only five people. It was a day of realizing that this is probably going to be the best thing that has happened to me. It was a day of connection beyond physical presence and safety in knowing I am not alone. It was a day of anticipation, I can see it now. I have a picture in my head and it dominates all that I see. I can smell the air, I can feel the chill on my skin, I can see the people walking around. It’s like I practically there already. This is what I was made for.
